October Vibes

Image result for fall

Hey Good Vibers!!! It's October!!!! Let us rejoice in fall leaves, beautiful colors and everything PUMPKIN SPICE. ( LOVE)  So few things, I'm setting a new goal to blog at least twice a week this month and every month going forward.  I always have so much to talk about and never write it down ( why i have no idea).  So here's what's going on and what to look forward to this month in my mom blogging life.

This is so surreal, being a college student and a mom and a full time employee.  I'll get into more detail later on how I make it all work on a different blog post. :)

Soooo the little will be experiencing her first fall, which means her first Halloween, pumpkins, leaves and all things that she hasn't seen before in her little world.  I'm pretty sure my phone storage is going to be full this month with all things orange :)

I've read that babies can somewhat taste what you've eaten in your breast milk.  If that's that case my LO is going to love her milk even more (LOL) Pumpkin Spice Latte with almond milk or however you like it is must during this time of year.  I don't know anyone who doesn't like it.  There's the latte's the breads, I happen to see pasta sauce the other day (gross) but whatever someone clearly likes it because it was manufactured and sold. Then if your a cheerio lover they have created this beauty!!! Its so delish.  I wish it wasn't seasonal.

I'm very excited to dress the little one up.  We won't be going house hopping because I don't see that point when she won't understand.  However something safe at home with the family would be darling lol.  Now the question is what should we be???

Baby fall clothes are so cute and comfy.  I'm loving overalls for the LO right now and the cute jackets and pullovers.  I'll dive in a little more in another blog post :)

Have a great night peeps
Until Next Time,  Remember

  1. I hope this year goes well for you in college! Also given all the pumpkin mentions in this post - you have to dress your little one as a pumpkin haha!

  3. Wow just reading that made me feel cosy and excited for pumpkin spice (I'm not sure I even like it so it's all down to your writing haha!) I was very intrigued to read that you're a mother AND a college student - that is just incredible, good luck with everything that you're doing and I will be keeping up with what you're up to for sure! xxx

New Year, New Changes

Hey everyone! I'm back!!! New Year lots of things going on and the best part is more blogging!!! I'm very excited to really get my blog up and going this year.  I'll be mainly focusing on diet, mommy managing and of course TV! (Who doesn't love a good show) So with that being said, a new lifestyle change has happened.  I'm officially VEGAN (omg)  I've been a vegetarian for over five years and the change was awesome.  Becoming a vegan was prompted by giving birth to an amazing daughter.  Postpartum made me feel like I wanted a change for my daughter, a healthier change.  Thus the transition began.

So in the beginning giving up dairy was extremely difficult (omg) I missed it so much, but pizza (of course) was what I craved the most.  It was like I couldn't shake it.  I began to look for alternatives to my usual dominoes fix.  Side bar for those who are in the UK Pizza Hut now offers vegan pizza.  Anyway my new favorite pizza friends is Farmers Tomato Pie by …

Ripple Kids Milk

😋 I had the opportunity to try and review a new product on the market by Ripple Kids.  So its essentially Pea Milk.  I know your reading this and thinking Pea Milk really? I know I thought the same thing too.  But it was amazing!!!!

So first off, I stop eating dairy a while ago.  Needless to say I've been a search for a variety of dairy free products.  I hosted a picnic to try Ripple Kids with other mama's and it was greatly reviewed.  I personally loved that it didn't taste like "vegetable milk" I actually thought I was drinking a milk shake.  It wasn't super sweet and it wasn't bitter it was just right.

I'm eager to try it in different recipes, or in my tea or cereal.  This is a big deal considering that I didn't like dairy milk when I was eating dairy products, but I would totally use Ripple Kids milk on a daily basis.

If the LO is anything like her mama then this milk is here to stay in our family!!! I encourage you'll to try it.
